Daily Bus shuttle

A bus shuttle service is organized for the Conference participants. 

The bus will make a stop nearby every hotel suggested by the Organizing Committee for accommodation. 

On July 9th (Welcome Party) a member of the Staff will greet the participants at the entrance of every hotel according to the following time schedule:

6.45 p.m. Hotel Europa - 6.55 p.m. Hotel San Francesco - 7.15 p.m. Hotel President

6.30 p.m. Hotel Villa Fabiano - 6.45 p.m. Hotel Marconi - 6.50 p.m. Hotel Majorana* - 7.00 p.m. Hotel Domus - 7.15 p.m. Hotel President 

*The bus stop is in front of the Hotel Marconi

July 10th 2023 

7.45 a.m. Hotel Europa – 7.55 a.m. Hotel San Francesco – 8.05 a.m. Hotel President – 8.30 a.m. Conference Venue 

7.45 a.m. Hotel Villa Fabiano – 7.55 a.m. Hotel Domus – 8.00 a.m. Hotel Marconi – 8.05 a.m. Hotel Majorana* and Hotel Garni Majorana* – 

8.30 a.m. Conference Venue

8.30 a.m. Hotel Europa – 8.40 a.m. Hotel San Francesco – 8.50 a.m. Hotel President – 9.15 a.m. Conference Venue

Every day both buses will leave the Conference Venue at 1:45 p.m. for the Hotels. 

In the days 10th - 13th of July the afternoon trip from the hotels to the Conference Venue will be according to the following schedule 

2.30 p.m. Hotel Europa – 2.40 p.m. Hotel San Francesco – 2.50 p.m. Hotel President – 3.15 p.m. Conference Venue 

2.30 p.m. Hotel Villa Fabiano – 2.40 p.m. Hotel Domus – 2.45 p.m. Hotel Marconi – 2.50 p.m. Hotel Majorana* and Hotel Garni Majorana* - 

3.15 p.m. Conference Venue 

*The bus stop is in front of the Hotel Marconi  

At the end of every day buses will be available for the return to the hotels.
